Founded in 2016, Aumni Techworks helps technology companies incubate their teams in India using the AumniBOT model, with a lower start-up investment.
With world-class office space, high-speed connectivity, an open office environment, and a cafeteria, we currently have 200+ employees and clients experiencing in HR, Admin, Legal, IT, and Finance teams. We are based in Pune, which is a 2 + hrs flight from Delhi/Dubai and a 3+ drive from Mumbai.
Using our established platform and global experience, we accelerate creation of high performing teams, delivering immediate value and allow for ownership transfer in the future.

Our mission is to provide a quality alternative to traditional project-based outsourcing and contribute to the overall growth of global software companies, with lower investment. We are a story more than 25 years in the making, with 200+ passionate software professionals.
OUR FOUNDER & CEO
Divesh began his career in software development and has lived in the USA for more than a decade before moving back to India in 2012.
With an extensive history of building and managing large development teams, Divesh (dual citizen) has a strong understanding of both American and Indian cultures. He has developed his expertise in bridging the culture gap between his clients and employees. Prior to Aumni, Divesh was the Vice President of Software Development where he led global technology teams for an enterprise commodity trading and risk management software company: Triple Point Technology.
